RETURNS POLICY
MPS Exclusive Jewellery & Gifts wants you to satisfy every single time you shop with us. Therefore, in addition to your automatic right of cancellation, (with the exception of earrings due to hygiene reason) we have a "100% satisfaction" guarantee. This means that if you are unsatisfied with your purchase item for any other reason you have the option of returning it to us in good condition within 14 days. We will give a full refund for the price of the item less a nominal charge of postage & packet within 14 days of receiving our goods back.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Please submit any "CANCELLATION" via e-mail to sales@mpsexclusivejewellery.com or call us on +44 (0)781 7567174.
Email cancellations must contain the following: "FIRST NAME, ORDER NUMBER AND E-MAIL ADDRESS". This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to cancelling your order.
